Currently is: "Contratista General" which translates to "General Contractor" maybe add "...Since 1988" or "That our legacy be our quality in every work" or something in

We are a General Construction company that has been stablished since 1988. During that time we have built many construction projects from schools, to museums, aerial tramways, forest parks, new road projects, etc. Our main client over the year has been the State and Municipal Governments in the island. We are now looking to expand to the Private Industrial and Residential sectors. We would like to provide a one-place-to-shop-solution to any construction project. I have uploaded our current logo. Is very simple and has been so since 1988. It provides a "history" we would like to preserve. Still it is NOT our brand. Our name "GILMAR" is our brand. People even call our people by "Gilmar" instead of their actual name :-). Everyone knows "GILMAR", not "Constructores Gilmar, Inc." As part of our new business strategy where a lot of business are going broke and many professionals are leaving, we would like to represent that "here we are, a local owned company since 1988, ongoing, employing our-people for over 25 years, solid, prestigious, mature, ready to handle your business". We are currently in the process of transition to a second generation of management. The business has passed from father to son, and even though everyone knows that the father is somewhere supporting the son; he has given ample space for the son to run the business. ALSO, these last we are couple of rough years. The business is bad in the island and we almost had to close the business. We stood our ground, pushed on, and here we are. We really want this new branding to represent this moment in our history for those employees who stood by our side and helped push on. ALSO we would like to introduce a "green" feeling to the brand. I dont mean the color, but the movement. "Construction" tends to create an idea of concrete and less trees. We are REALLY concerned with out environment.
