The Trigger Tracker is an iOS application (for ipad, iphone) that helps those with migraine headaches track and identify their most common migraine triggers.

The design needed is for the main icon that folks will click on to open the app. The app is used to analyze and track one's migraine headaches, so ideally the icon would convey the ideas of tracking and analysis while referencing the brain in some fashion. This could be in an abstract or literal sense - feel free to use your creativity, as I think there are several directions one could go that would be suitable.
