Illustrate the team members of a web development startup.

We are a startup located in Switzerland, doing Web Development with Ruby (on Rails). We are 3 young fellows, aged between 23 and 26 years.

At the moment we are setting up our new corporate identity. We want the three of us illustrated in a way that it fits well into our newly designed website. We already have had a designer working on it. But we are not really amazed by the output, check the assets. The most important thing is the following: Our faces must be recognizable very easily. This is because we want to add the illustrated faces (close up) onto the business cards. UPDATE: It does NOT have to look photorealistic, we would like an illustration which can be in a "caricature" style. But it must be obvious that's representing us.  UPDATE2: On the business cards we really would like to only have the face illustration. That does not mean you have to create a separate one. I just needs to be vectorized of course. Briefing for the 3 characters: Kickbox fighter: He must be wearing a shirt, and long trousers, no naked upperbody allowed. Captain: We are already quite happy with the captain, except the face of course. Chess-Man: Make the chess pieces a bit bigger, similar to the scrible. We'd like to have a tower and a knight (horse) and in the back the King and Queen. Style: It's okay to not have the exact same style as in the available illustrations. Also you have some freedom with the "positions" of the 3 of us. Those are not set in stone, be creative. Show us your own (illustration)style, but keep in mind, that it should fit into the website somehow. If you need more / different or better pictures from our faces, let me know. Also tell me what you need exactly, then we can make some pictures according to your needs. I am looking forward to seeing your work!
