I want to design a minimalist album cover that projects what the music "feels" like instead of who makes the music.
The name of the Album is "The Ruby Maze" and the closest example would be Pink Floyd's Dark Side Of The Moon. However, because there are a lot of similarities between both album covers (and concept), it's also important to try as hard not establish clear differences between the two.
The way that I envision it, is a white background and red inverted ruby triangle in the center with a very subtle maze inside.
I would prefer the maze to be very complex but to have a solution, but I am also open to the idea of not having a solution. As far as how the maze fits inside the ruby I am open to whatever fits best and looks good and subtle.
The color of the ruby is obviously very important, known as pigeon-blood red.
