The primary design should be for a cigar band, which can then be expanded into the business card design.
Our current logo ideas get lost in the classic embossed foil cigar bands, so the logo must stand alone and not be a long work representation that is not easy to read when wrapped around a cigar. Several examples of nice existing bands are attached. That being said, we'd like a retro 40's-50's "science" feel which obviously isn't represented in the examples.
