Logo For New Web Development Company

I am currently starting a small web development company called Yellow Duck Design. I am looking for a character-based logo to use for branding of the company.

I really want a duck similar in style to the one at http://www.adiumx.com but he needs to be cuter and yellow! Also, I would quite like him to be holding a big pencil in his hands.

I will also be starting a hosting company called Yellow Duck Hosting, and the winning designer will hopefully be able to work with me in the future to change the design for that too (like the duck holding a globe or something). Also, the winning designer may be asked to do other revisions such as putting Santa hats on the logo, dressing him as a leprechaun (for St. Patrick's day) etc.
