Synergy is a business based in Sydney, Australia with national coverage and capabilities which delivers integrated facilities services including facilities management, cleaning, gardening and grounds, integrated maintenance and consulting services. The target markets we focus on include strata and communities (residential, commercial and mixed-use complexes); commercial properties (base building and tenancies; medical and complex/critical environments.
We are a small player in a big pond. We differentiate ourselves by having specialist service offerings but having strength in consolidating many services for one client in an integrated approach. We are dynamic in ensuring we are constantly evolving our offerings to meet with our clients expectations. We are fluid ensuring our nimbleness and dynamism enables us to be able to adapt improvements to our systems and offerings in an efficient manner to ensure our processes stay industry-leading and constantly evolving. We have streamlined and automated systems to enable greater leverage of our team.
We have the systems of the big guys and the specialist teams of the little guys. We can play with large and small clients however prefer to play with medium sized clients where quality is valued equally to price.

Synergy has evolved from an existing business. The previous business has an existing capability statement which can be seen for reference purposes only.
The brief for the new document structure can be as follows:
Page 1: Cover pages (front/back)
Page 2: A message from the Managing Director/Intro/about our MD
Page 3: Who We Are? (about us)
Page 4: What We Do? (5 services areas)
Page 5: Who We Do it For? (6 sectors snapshot)
Page 6: Why Us (what differentiates us)
Page 7 Compliance and Accreditations
Page 8: Feel Goods (Corporate Social Responsibility CSR)
Page 9: Contact Us
The images will need to change and the branding. The look and feel of the current document I believe is stale and needs to be brought up-to-date to reflect a more fluid, contemporary company however with the rigidity of a company who has been operating in the market place for some time.
We will work with the winning designer to finalise the document on completion.
- We have a large library of images relating to staff actually completing work. These can be used to provide faces behind the company. The logos on the uniforms would need to be photoshopped with the Synergy Logo.
- The statement would need to be able to be printed as a pdf or emailed as a pdf and also printed in hard copy booklet style. Two versions should be available - low-res for emailing; hi-res for printing.
- Text content will be supplier after template is chosen. Template should include editable text sections (formatted) so this can be inserted by our team.
