Hey all! I work on the IT team for a small company that manages two top 500 internet retail sites. In addition to my IT duties, I do design work for email and facebook marketing campaigns, on-site banners, banners for affiliate sites, buttons, et al.

Since I've been able to step in and offload our main creative guy, not only have I learned so much about effective, simple, web 2.0 design techniques, but also how much more I enjoy design work over IT!
