2 Pages... We are a new home builder and renovation company targeting the brand conscious, upper middle-class, growing family (in-law suites). Baby boomers will be moving in with their children as they get older and housing design is changing to satisfy this need.

We are a start up company so we have not developed anything yet. We are working on funding and we will need to submit our branding to the investors. ***USE of a CINEMAGRAPH would be a huge selling point if possible. ***Parallax Scrolling would be awesome if possible.
Natural colors/greys/browns/whites/slate blues. Clean/Crisp/Open. Not too contemporary. The new craftsman style home with an open floor plan is really popular now. We are targeting upper middle class families. $375k and above home buyers. An example below of a home(not web site) that we like. 24 photos of colors and the style of future projects we hope to develop.
Maybe focus more on interior illustrations because that is where people spend a majority of their time. Ex: Open floor plan visual.
Also, we are focusing on in-law suites with the growing baby boomer generation.
