- Client agrees that, in the event a Project is canceled for any reason other than Designer's failure to comply with the terms set forth, no refund will be issued and no rights will be transferred.

- Duration of the project may not exceed 15 days, starting with the date payment was secured.

- Should you require project to remain fully private, additional 20% fee will be charged.
