The round shapes of the font (Lobster) make a good contrast to the straight blip. So there's a balance between the blip and the word mark. The word mark brighten the logo up and it hasn't a stiff look in the end.

Die Farbauswahl habe ich auch am Logo orientiert, jedoch viel transparente weiße Hintergrundelemente verwendet, damit die Website nicht zu grell wirkt. Die großen Hintergrundbilder wecken das Interesse der Website-Besucher.")
